German brewery claims anti aging beer has a shelf life of up to two years after being brewed

German brewery claims anti aging beer has a shelf life of up to two years after being brewed.

Tasting notes on The Tasting Room’s new beer, the Sämpfer Oktoberfest, say the beers won’t a?????ge for more than two months and are easy-drinking.

In the video above, the brewery’s director of marketing Adam Giesek talks about “the world of aging beer.

“What we do in Germany at the moment is fermenting the beer to get the proper age,” he says, referring to its use by many German breweries.

“They are aged two months from bottling to the very last bit of fermentation.”

In Germany, breweries and producers are allowed to age the beers without restriction.

For Sämpfer Oktoberfest, Giesek says they want to expand on a previous project in which?????? they used a sour yeast strain to create a German style lager in 2015.

He says his company’s use of a yeast strain has been standard on other German beers, but to date, had not been tried on an American beer.

Sapporo is a German-style lager, the company’s website says, which is aged in Brettanomyces, an indigenous yeasts native to the world’s northern temperate regions. Brettanomyces fermentation, a process in which yeast are broken down by microbes, has been around in the United States for many years.

It has many????? industrial uses and was discovered in wine-making around the turn of the 20th century. Brettanomyces strains can be used to prepare an industrial-grade beer for use with industrial production in the United States, according to the company.

Giesek said the Sämpfer Oktoberfest was the beer he had been working on and that he had never tried the beer in person.

He said: “We were going to do one of our sour beers, but when that didn’t work out, we looked to fermentation for the rest of the summer. It took off from there, with the Sämpfer Oktoberfest.”
